Ashley Seales recently moved here from Houston, Texas. While living there, I was an educator, teaching Physical Education for the last 7 years of my career. During my teaching career, I also held Fitness Bootcamps and conducted Nutrition Coaching to those in search of a healthier lifestyle. After moving to Los Alamos, I felt it was time for me to transition fully out of Education, and into the Field of Health and Wellness. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Houston, and also hold Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching Certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. My free time is most enjoyed Running Marathons (sometimes with my dog and husband), cooking and meal prepping, and spending time with family.

Wolfgang Dworzak is an avid endurance sports enthusiast. Born in Salzburg Austria, he grew up in Colorado, where he learned about strength training, skiing, bicycling, and science. Wolfgang moved to New Mexico in 1975 to study chemical engineering. He retired from Los Alamos National Laboratory in 2008 and subsequently returned to school to obtain a degree in exercise science and a certificate in nutrition. In the 1980’s and early 1990’s he competed in powerlifting and bench press contests and then gravitated toward multisport racing. Since 1995 he has completed over 135 triathlons and duathlons, and was on the Team USA Duathlon Team from 2014 until 2020. Wolfgang earned an ACE Personal Trainer Certification in 2019 and was affiliated with Los Alamos Fitness Center until it’s closure in 2021.

Bridget Wolf grew up in Huntington Beach, California and spent her summers body surfing and swimming competitively. She bicycled regularly, mostly long fun rides along the beach boardwalks with her friends. She found the joy in exercise at a young age and was always outside being active. Her interest in resistance training and core strength development came later in life during her recovery from an injury. She found that exercise gave her relief from pain and allowed her to participate once again in the outdoor recreational sports she loved. This experience prompted her to go back to school to study exercise science, where she became particularly interested in exercise physiology. She specializes in women’s fitness and has spent the last two years training clients with a focus on posture, mobility, movement, corrective exercises, alternative resistance training, weight training, and cardiorespiratory fitness. Bridget has an Associates of Applied Science degree in Exercise Science and is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise.
